Silverwings now offers educational coffee classes for your corporate team.

With a combined 25 years in coffee, we’ve learned a thing or two about what it takes to make a great tasting cup of coffee. With our educational experiences, we’re bringing our knowledge and expertise right to your office.

Our Corporate Offerings

For all of our corporate offerings, we provide the entire setup and bring it straight to you and your team. With our hands-on approach and learning syllabus, in each 90-minute experience, your team will gain a new skill and a new understanding of coffee. We focus heavily on the practical experience. Our classes are not lectures, they are fun, practical and create a bonding experience to bring your team together and teach them new skills in the glorious world of coffee.

Latte Art Classes

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make the beautiful latte art that you see in your favorite neighborhood cafe? With our 90-minute tutorial, we’ll put you on the right path and get you able to pour some basic latte art.

  • Full espresso machine setup and cart directly to your office. (Note: this does not include coffee service. No coffee will be served besides those that are being made)

  • Learn the basic techniques for getting silky smooth milk for perfect latte art

  • Hands on demonstrations and practice to make great latte art

  • Walk away learning how to do a basic latte art design; the heart

  • 90 Minute Duration

$150/person, minimum $1500 booking

Pour Over Classes

Trying to improve your at-home coffee recipes? Look no further. We’ll teach you the basics of coffee, some different brew methods and leave you with recipes that will allow you to make excellent coffee right from your home or your office.

  • Full pour over setups for all attendees right in your office space. We supply everything.

  • Max of 20 attendees at one time

  • Learn essential techniques and recipes to improve your pour overs at home

  • Group learning procedures where everyone leaves with something new and the whole team can work together

  • Access to power is required

$125/person, minimum $1250 booking
$100/person, minimum $1000 booking

Coffee Tastings/Cuppings

Want to dive deeper into the world of coffee? Find out how to taste coffee the way the pros do. In this class, you’ll learn where coffee comes from, how coffee roasters pick the coffee to roast and sell, and if those “tasting notes” on the bag are real or just made up.

  • Full cupping setup included straight to your office. We supply everything

  • Max of 30 attendees at one time

  • Learn how roasters pick coffees and create their own special roasts

  • Free coffee education booklet for your guests to take home

  • Team exercises for the whole group to interact and share experiences

  • Access to power is required
