Frequently Asked Questions About Our Coffee Catering in San Francisco

What kind of drinks can you serve?

We specialize in espresso-based drinks, but often include ready-to-serve drip coffee, pour overs, cold brew and hot teas as well. Our menu also includes specialty hot chocolate and matcha lattes to accommodate any and all guests! Decaf is supplied upon request.

How long does it take to set-up and tear down?

Please allow up to 90 minutes for setup to ensure everything is working smoothly. However, in most cases it will be closer to 60 minutes. Tear down will take about 45 minutes to an hour. After every event, we try to leave every space cleaner than when we were there.

Is there anything you need the venue to supply?

The cart needs to be placed within 25ft of a standard 120V plug. If the event is held outside without safe access to power, we will rent a generator at an extra cost.

What are your electrical requirements?

Each coffee cart requires a standard 110V plug with both outlets. Our espresso machines pull about 1800W at its max, with the other electrical gear requiring roughly 250W when in use. We will supply our own extension cords and power strips along with the necessary equipment to tape the cords down.

Do you offer customization and branded options?

Do you require a deposit?

All events require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Events held outside where power is needed and can not be provided will require an additional $350 deposit for generator rental.

Where in the Bay Area do you service?

Within 50 miles of San Francisco. Popular cities include Berkeley, Palo Alto, San Jose, Cupertino, Napa, Sonoma and Oakland. An extra travel cost will be added if outside of this radius.

Do you travel outside of the Bay Area for events?

Yes! We’ll gladly work with you to travel to other destinations. As of right now, this is limited to California, Oregon & Nevada.

Do you have an option for serving pastries?

We don’t offer them in-house, however we’ve worked with varios local bakeries for our events. We always strive to connect and work with other local businesses.

Will you have alternative milk options?

Yes, our standard menu includes oat milk. Other alternative milk options may be requested.

Do you require a service or freight elevator?

It definitely helps, but it’s not a requirement. If there’s more than one flight of stairs, a regular elevator will be required to get the equipment to the appropriate location.
